The Tap Into Mindfulness exercises are based on a combination of traditional mindfulness meditation and internal martial arts training techniques.

Tap Into Mindfulness is available for both direct use by people who want to use their smartphones more mindfully and for use by meditation teachers and coaches who want to teach others how to use their devices more mindfully.
